The SLTC Research University ceremoniously launched the Centre for Governance and Public Policy; the university’s dedicated centre for research, education and policy making on Wednesday the 15th of February at the SLTC University premises in the TRACE Expert City, Colombo 10.

The SLTC Research University (SLTC) was recently awarded the ISO 9001 certification for the university’s Quality Management System – (QMS) which was recognized for implementing and maintaining a QMS that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 standards. This is a testament to SLTC’s commitment to providing high-quality education and services to its students, faculty, and community.

Innovation and development catalyst Good Life X (GLX) has entered into a partnership with the Sri Lanka Technological Campus (SLTC) to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem and foster the next generation of innovative thinkers in the country.

In addition to SLTC’s own programmes, SLTC offers transfer pathways for several undergraduate programmes in partnership with University of Lancaster in the UK, RMIT and Deakin Universities in Australia, University of Auckland in New Zealand, and the Modul University in Austria. SLTC also offers postgraduate programmes in partnership with IITM in India and Liverpool John Moores University in the UK.

Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena and Indian High Commissioner Gopal Baglay jointly witnessed the establishment of partnership linkage between the Sri Lanka Technological Campus (SLTC) Research University and the Indian Institute of Technology – Madras (IITM) for an inclusive partnership for academic, research and resource exchange.

In addtion to our regular campus visits, this event is a great oppertunity to explore the university even more.
